When a standard tool no longer fits
Many companies start by managing their processes with generic tools, spreadsheets, or different platforms that operate independently. As the business grows, these systems can end up generating duplications, manual processes, or ways of working that are too constrained by software limitations.
In these cases, we analyze how the process truly works, who is involved, what data each person needs, and what actions must be performed.
From there, we design and develop a specific solution that translates this business logic into a clearer, more controlled, and evolution-ready digital tool.
Complexity can be in the system, not the user
Custom software can manage a lot of underlying complexity: permissions, states, business rules, calculations, validations, synchronizations, or large volumes of data.
This complexity should not be directly transferred to the person using the tool.
That’s why development and UX/UI work in coordination. We define what each profile should see, what actions they can perform, and how the system responds to each situation.
Error messages, confirmations, warnings, validations, contextual help, or onboarding processes are also part of the experience. The goal is for the user to understand the tool and work with it autonomously.

We have developed solutions such as the product calculation and selection software for Area Cooling Solutions, the CRM for BeA Group—implemented internationally for over 200 users and available in more than six languages—or Nublar, by Ibaica, an online ERP accessible via both web and app.
